Because of this blog I am in a sigular position in my life- I can make a definative list of all the things I have made in the entire year. Now all I have to do is sit down with a pencil, The soundtrack to the Illusionist, and some fancy chocolates. The results follow.

Internet: Unico Posto in Cui è Possibile Rubare le Cose Perché Sono Abbastanza
Since I'm still banned from making things, or stirring things, or washing dishes, or scratching bingley's chin for more than a few seconds, I guess I'll post about the things I've stolen from the internet this month because I thought they were pretty. The internet: only place you can steal stuff because it's pretty.
Sciencey wall paper

You're welcome.

Uccello di Matteo
I did this way back in the beginning of November for Matthew's birthday, but being an ultimately lazy person I didn't mail it until around December 10th. Despite going through proper channels and using almost triple postage, he still hasn't received it. So here's what it looks like, wherever it is...

I Bruciatori d'Incenso più Maschio
My brother's xmas present.
WWI army guy on a tin plate I spray painted to look all rusty. Gun barrel is drilled out to hold a stick of incense. .

Cappa Francese
Finally shot some (terrible) images of my last project for millinery. I was the only one who didn't stick black felt on the back and inside. Seemed too much like a cop-out to me.

Meraviglioso Forbici Italiano
My wonderful new friend gave me my first pair of left-handed scissors for xmas! I'm still not allowed to make things, so I haven't tried them yet, but they do make a lovely sound when they close, so I'm excited to see how cutting without hand pain goes. :)

Tè del Commercio Inter-Galattico: Terra di Antares
Done. Pinched a nerve doing two hours of work in nine hours finishing this. Ridiculous. Only idea/inspiration posts for the rest of the month.

Un Altro Tè Infusore
I know, I'm not supposed to be making anything right now, but I started this weeks ago, and I have to finish it in order to get an incomplete in forming. At least I got all of the chasing finished before my arms turned into noodles.
It's a tea infuser. Not quite finished yet, I'm making it an oblong chain and giving it a dark patina with the edges rubbed back. It'll be lovely. It doesn't quite hang at the angle I'd wanted, but I failed to account for the weight of the silver changing the balance. Because that would have taken math, that's why.

Tendiniti Rovine Tutto
This is the last update I'll be posting on this project for several months. I've got tendinitis in both of my arms and have been instructed to not make anything at all for at least 2 weeks, after which I may go back to half my usual work load. Ridiculous! The next two weeks are going to be hell (mostly for my roommate, who will have to listen to me complain). This piece will be finished in the spring, but until then, here it is at 32 courses.
